These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.estorilcc.com (the "Website"), provided by Cascais Dinâmica - Gestão de Economia, Turismo e Empreendedorismo, E.M., S.A., a company incorporated under NIPC 503589780, with its registered office at Avenida Clotilde, Edifício Estoril Congress Centre, 3.º andar A, 2765-192 Estoril ("Cascais Dinâmica”).
Use of the Website implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should refrain from using the Website.
1. Purpose
The purpose of the Website is to provide institutional information about the Estoril Congress Centre, its spaces, facilities and services, as well as to provide a contact form for enquiries regarding the organisation of events, congresses, trade fairs and other initiatives.
The Website does not constitute a platform for direct online sales or bookings. Requests submitted through the contact form do not bind Cascais Dinâmica to enter into any contract until such contract has been expressly accepted in writing by both parties.
2. Conditions of Access and Use
Access to the Website is free of charge, without prejudice to any connection costs payable by the user to their electronic communications service provider.

The contractual terms applicable to the rental of spaces and the provision of services associated with specific events are set out in a separate contract to be entered into between the parties and are not, in terms of their specific content, covered by these Terms and Conditions.
