In the organisation of small or large events, the organiser is responsible for ensuring security and medical support in case of any eventuality. Consequently, the CCE chose to provide medical assistance on site by a team of qualified paramedics to ensure any necessary medical intervention during an event.
The CCE has developed a partnership with Femédica, a company qualified and Safety & Healthcare Management with vast experience and knowledge, which provides support in organising the event, and medical and paramedical staff throughout the event.
They provide a safety manual customised to the specifications of the event, which consists of an evaluation report and a contingency plan that will provide a safe environment for visitors and participants, and organise legal protection in case the unthinkable happens.
